TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
All our items are sent first class and should be with you within 3 working days of receiving an order. We will advise you immediately if there are any delays and agree alternative arrangements. Deliveries will only be available within the United Kingdom and a charge of £4.95 per order will be made to cover postage and packaging. Arrangements can be made to send deliveries to other parts of the world by telephoning us.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro,
Solo, JCB or by cheque. Children's clothes and footwear are
zero rated for VAT. VAT at 17.5% where applicable is included
in the list price. A receipt will be despatched with your
goods. We reserve the right to alter prices.
CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit cards are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encrypton.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site. If you would like
to make a purchase by other means please contact us.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by simply telephoning
us, writing to us or sending us an e mail. You will be refunded
immediately.
RETURNS POLICY AND GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for
any reason, we will be happy to accept your returns provided
they are unworn and undamaged. The item will be replaced or
your money refunded. You will be responsible for the postage
costs of the returned item and we recommend that you send
it by registered post.Returns will only be accepted if the
goods are returned to us within 3 months of the date of purchase.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices are valid until 28th February 2009. Every care has been
taken to describe and portray items accurately using current
imaging techniques but slight variations in actual goods may
occur.
RockPool Kids' total liability for any claim howsoever arising
shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by RockPool
Kids to the customer.
RockPool Kids shall not be liable for any consequential loss
whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in
any other way.
RockPool Kids cannot accept any liability for a failure to
comply with specific instructions supplied with the products.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
